DESCRIPTION

1367645-5 is an SFP cage assembly designed for high-speed pluggable I/O signal applications. It features a single cage configuration with 20 positions and 1 port in a 1×1 port matrix, supporting data rates up to 4 Gb/s. The assembly includes an integrated pin-style heat sink and utilizes copper alloy housing with press-fit through-hole termination to PCB, with a termination post and tail length of 3 mm. Operating over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, this cage assembly is suitable for DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) applications and other high-speed interconnect scenarios requiring reliable signal transmission in demanding thermal environments. The design incorporates internal/external EMI springs for electromagnetic interference containment and is compliant with EU RoHS, ELV, and REACH regulations.
