The 1-2375558-5 is a 5-position selectively loaded potted header assembly designed for Economy Power II (EP II) connector systems with glow wire test compliance. This header assembly features a 0.156" (3.96 mm) centerline spacing and supports wire sizes from 0.33 to 1.33 mm² (22 to 16 AWG), with a voltage rating of 600 VAC and current rating of 11.5 A. The assembly is manufactured from glow wire compliant materials meeting UL 94 V-O requirements and IEC/EN 60335-1 standards, with tin-plated copper alloy contacts for enhanced reliability. The selective loading configuration allows specific positions to be populated with or without pin contacts (indicated by O for populated and X for unpopulated positions), enabling flexible circuit designs.
