DESCRIPTION

1-2351885-6 is a Buchanan Push-in clamp PCB connector header designed for tool-less wire insertion of ferruled and unferruled wires, featuring 6 positions at 5.0 mm pitch with a 180° mounting angle to PCB. The connector utilizes push-in clamp termination technology with stainless steel springs and brass terminals with leadfree tin plating, housed in polyamide 66 (UL 94V-0) with an orange push button. It supports operating voltages up to 300V (UL) with a current rating of 16A, wire range of 12–26 AWG, and dielectric withstand voltage of 2.5 kV, operating reliably across -40°C to +105°C. This connector is ideal for industrial control systems, servo/inverter drives, PLCs, and power supply applications where reduced installation labor time and maintenance-free operation are critical advantages.
