DESCRIPTION

The 1-2331928-0 is an AMPMODU Small Centerline connector designed for high-density interconnection in automated assembly environments. It features a 1.0 mm centerline pitch with dual-beam receptacle contact design, vertical surface-mount orientation, and double-row configuration supporting 5 to 50 positions per row. The connector is constructed from high-temperature liquid crystal polymer (LCP) housing with copper alloy contacts available in two gold plating options (5 µm gold flash or 30 µm gold), and is reflow-capable up to 260°C. With a maximum current rating of 1 A per contact and operating voltage of 30 VAC, it delivers 85% space savings compared to standard 2.54 mm pitch connectors while maintaining reliable signal transfer in severe shock and vibration environments. This connector is ideal for industrial controls, PLCs, servo drives, robotics, and telecommunications equipment where compact board layouts and automated assembly are required.
