DESCRIPTION

1-2141859-3 is a stamped and formed AMP MCP 2.8 receptacle contact designed for use in the HDSCS connector series. This contact features a single wire sealing system and is compatible with wire sizes ranging from 0.2-0.5 mm² with insulation diameters of 1.2-1.4 mm (FLR). The contact is available in strip form and supports various material/finish codes including 1-x-1, 1-x-2, and 1-x-3. It is designed for industrial and commercial transportation applications where protection from vibration, moisture, dust, dirt, salt, and airborne particles is critical. Compatible mechanical and pneumatic applicators are available for automated assembly processes.
