DESCRIPTION

The 1-1393302-7 is a 24 V plug-in power relay (VF7-41H11) designed for automotive powertrain, safety, and convenience applications. It features a single Form A (make) contact configuration with silver-based contact material, rated for 25 A at 24 V, with a limiting continuous current of 70 A at 23°C. The relay incorporates a dust cover enclosure (protection class IP 54 to IEC 529), quick-connect terminals per ISO 8092-1, and includes an integrated bracket for secure mounting. With a coil resistance of 288 O (±10%), must-operate voltage of 14.4 V, and must-release voltage of 2.4 V, this relay delivers mechanical endurance exceeding 105 operations and electrical endurance exceeding 1×105 operations at rated load. Typical applications include ABS control, cooling fan management, engine control, ignition systems, and lighting circuits in automotive environments.
