DESCRIPTION
1103076-2 is a card edge connector contact from the 100/103/105/106 Series, designed for PCB interconnection applications. It features a hermaphroditic contact mating design with copper alloy construction and gold plating over nickel for reliable electrical performance. The contact offers a current rating of 5 or 10 amps depending on contact code, with a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It is designed to assemble into 0.062" (1.57mm) nominal thickness PC boards by staking and/or soldering of contact tails. Common applications include parallel or perpendicular board configurations in mother/daughter board assemblies, with card guides, guide pins, and polarizing sleeves available for correct alignment.
