DESCRIPTION

The FSM2JSMAASTR is a micro miniature tactile pushbutton switch designed for surface mount applications with a single pole-single throw (SPST) configuration. It features a 50 mA contact rating, vertical mount angle, and an extended round actuator with a 0.70 mm actuator length and pink nylon construction. The switch has a total height of 4.30 mm, an actuator force of 260 g (9.178 oz), and utilizes silver-plated copper alloy contacts for reliable electrical performance. The device is housed in a PPS case material and is RoHS/ELV compliant with reflow solder capability up to 260°C, making it suitable for modern PCB assembly processes. Common applications include consumer electronics, industrial control panels, and portable devices where compact, reliable tactile feedback switching is required.
