DESCRIPTION

The MS3-119-20-15-22-W8 is a multistage thermoelectric cooler capable of reaching colder temperatures than single-stage coolers. It provides a maximum cooling capacity (Qcmax) of 14.0 Watts at a ΔT of 0°C and achieves a maximum temperature differential (ΔTmax) of 106.0 °C when Qc is 0. The module operates with a maximum current of 8.1 Amps and a maximum voltage of 7.6 Volts, with a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. Constructed with Alumina (Al2O3) ceramic and 138°C Bismuth Tin (BiSn) solder, it offers reliable solid-state DC operation. This cooler is well-suited for applications requiring precise temperature control and high temperature differentials, such as the thermoelectric cooling of CMOS sensors.
