DESCRIPTION

The CP14-127-10-L1-RT-W4.5 is a thermoelectric module from the Ceramic Plate (CP) Series, assembled with Bismuth Telluride semiconductor material and thermally conductive Aluminum Oxide ceramics. This module provides a maximum heat pumping capacity (Qmax) of 18.7 Watts and achieves a maximum temperature differential (Delta Tmax) of 67°C with a hot side temperature of 25°C. It operates with a maximum current (Imax) of 3.9 Amps and a maximum voltage (Vmax) of 8.6 Volts under these conditions. This specific model features a thickness of 0.185 inches with lapped faces, is sealed with white RTV silicone for protection, and includes 4.5-inch lead wires.
