DESCRIPTION

The 2220Y1K50154KXTWS3 is a StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed to provide high capacitance in a compact footprint. It has a capacitance of 150nF with a ±10% tolerance, a voltage rating of 1.5kVdc, and utilizes a stable X7R dielectric. This capacitor features Knowles' proprietary FlexiCap™ termination for enhanced mechanical stress resistance. As a WS3 suffix part, it requires conformal coating after mounting. The StackiCap™ design offers a significant reduction in PCB real estate, making it ideal for high-density power supplies, lighting, and aerospace electronics.
