DESCRIPTION

The 2220Y1K00474KXRWS2 is a high-capacitance StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed for applications requiring a large amount of capacitance in a compact footprint. It provides a capacitance of 470nF with a ±10% tolerance and a voltage rating of 1kVdc. The stable X7R dielectric material ensures a capacitance variation of less than ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This component is built with the proprietary FlexiCap™ termination, a flexible epoxy polymer that enhances reliability by accommodating greater board flex and withstanding extensive temperature cycling. Its unique stacked construction significantly reduces the required PCB real estate, making it ideal for power supplies, lighting, and aerospace electronics where board space is at a premium.
