DESCRIPTION

ME20A1503B01 is a 20W single output external power supply designed for medical applications. It delivers 15.0V output at 1.20A maximum current with 18W rated power and 150mV peak-to-peak ripple and noise. The unit operates from universal AC input of 100-240Vac (±10%), 47-63Hz with input current of 0.5A at 100Vac and 0.2A at 240Vac, featuring a turn-on time of less than 700ms at 115Vac full load and 20ms minimum hold-up time. It is approved to EN/IEC/UL60601-1, 3rd edition with 2 MOPP isolation levels and designed to UL/EN/IEC60601-1-2, 4th edition for EMC, meeting DoE Efficiency Level VI requirements with greater than 87% typical efficiency. The power supply includes Class II wall-plug configuration with interchangeable blades (North American blade included), 2.5 x 5.5 x 9.5mm straight barrel connector with center positive polarity, and operates over -20°C to +50°C temperature range with overtemperature, overload, and short-circuit protection in hiccup mode. This medical-grade supply is ideal for portable medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and other healthcare applications requiring certified safety and reliability.
