DESCRIPTION

PS1-NH3-100 is a compact electrochemical ammonia gas sensor based on SGX's solid polymer electrolyte technology, operating on the principle of catalytic reaction to generate a current proportional to gas concentration. The sensor delivers a sensitivity of 20 ± 10 nA/ppm with a measurement range of 0–100 ppm, a response time of less than 100 seconds (T50) and less than 300 seconds (T90), and operates without requiring external power. It features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +55°C, low long-term drift of less than 1% per month, and an expected lifetime exceeding 3 years in air, with minimal cross-sensitivity to other gases. The PS1-NH3-100 is housed in a compact PPO material package weighing less than 0.7 g, making it ideal for coal mines, industrial gas detection, plating facilities, and storage room monitoring applications where reliable ammonia detection is critical.
