DESCRIPTION

The AP1-1-72F-102 is a fully sealed, single-pole magnetic circuit protector designed for reliable overcurrent protection. It features a series trip configuration with a nominal current rating of 1.000A and is designed for operation on DC, 50/60Hz, or 400Hz circuits. This model includes a long time delay with a 135% trip characteristic and an added inertial delay feature for improved inrush pulse tolerance. As a hydraulic-magnetic protector, its trip current is stable over a wide temperature range, and it incorporates a trip-free action, ensuring the circuit opens during an overload even if the handle is held ON. Typical applications include communication systems, navigation equipment, aircraft instrumentation, radar, and power supplies.
