DESCRIPTION

The 67F125 is a subminiature bimetal disc thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series, designed for accurate and reliable temperature sensing and switching in a single device. It features a positive snap action, single pole/single throw configuration with gold-plated contacts rated for up to 20,000 life cycles at 48 VDC/0.5 A or up to 100,000 life cycles at 5 VDC/0.001 A. The thermostat operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 160°C (long-term exposure) with an operating window of 40°C to 130°C, a temperature tolerance of ±5°C, and a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum. It conforms to the international Y220/TC220 package standard, enabling automated placement and soldering on PC boards, and is RoHS compliant with VDE approval. The device is ideal for surface and air sensing on PC boards and heat sinks, providing fast and reliable thermal protection in power supplies, industrial equipment, and thermal management applications.
