DESCRIPTION

The 67F115 is a RoHS-compliant, subminiature bimetallic thermostat that provides accurate and reliable temperature sensing with single pole/single throw snap action switching. It features a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, operates over a temperature range of 40°C to 130°C with a standard tolerance of ±5°C, and supports contact ratings of 20,000 cycles at 48 VDC or 100,000 cycles at 5 VDC. The device is housed in a TO-220 package conforming to international standard Y220/T0220, enabling automated placement and soldering on printed circuit boards. With a contact bounce of 3 milliseconds maximum, dielectric strength up to 2000 VAC (plastic bracket), and high-temperature epoxy sealing for moisture protection, the 67F115 is well-suited for thermal management in computers, power supplies, and industrial control systems requiring fast, reliable temperature-based switching.
