DESCRIPTION

TBLH10V-500-02BK is a 2-pole vertical terminal block connector designed for PCB mounting with push-button clamp termination and 5.00 mm pitch spacing. The device features a high-temperature LCP housing rated UL94V-0 and copper alloy contacts with tin plating, supporting a rated voltage of 300 V and rated current of 10 A per contact. It meets UL 1059 certification and IEC 60947-7-4 compliance standards, with a withstanding voltage of 1600 Vac and surge voltage rating of 4000 V. The terminal block operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C and exhibits a maximum contact resistance of 20 mO with insulation resistance of 500 MO at 500 Vdc. This component is ideal for industrial control panels, power distribution systems, and equipment requiring secure, high-reliability electrical connections with compact PCB footprint and easy wire assembly (24–16 AWG or 0.2–1.5 mm²).
