DESCRIPTION

TB002-500-10BE is a 10-pole horizontal terminal block connector designed for secure wire-to-board connections with a 5.0 mm pitch and side interlocking mechanism. The terminal block is rated for a maximum voltage of 300V (UL) or 250V (IEC) per contact and a maximum current of 15A (UL) or 17.5A (IEC) per contact, with a contact resistance of 20 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 500 MO at 500 Vdc. The housing is constructed from PA66 material with UL94V-0 flammability rating, copper alloy contacts with tin plating, and stainless steel springs, operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The connector features a withstanding voltage of 2500 Vac and surge voltage rating of 4000V, with wire range compatibility of 22–12 AWG (UL) or 1.5 mm² (IEC) and M2.5 screw torque of 0.4 N·m. This terminal block is ideal for industrial control systems, power distribution panels, and automation equipment requiring reliable, high-current electrical connections with robust mechanical interlocking.
