The SJ1-3513C-SMT-TR is a surface-mount audio jack connector featuring a low-profile design with no switch configuration, providing tip, ring, and sleeve contacts for standard audio signal routing. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze and brass terminals with gold flash over nickel plating, delivering a contact resistance of 50 mO between terminal and mating plug and 30 mO between terminals in a closed circuit. It is rated for 12 Vdc input voltage with a maximum current of 1 A, operates across a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, and supports 5,000 insertion/withdrawal cycles with an insertion/withdrawal force between 0.3 kg and 3 kg. The housing and cover are constructed from PA9T material with UL94V-0 flammability rating and RoHS compliance, making it suitable for consumer audio equipment, portable devices, and industrial audio applications requiring reliable, compact connectivity.
