DESCRIPTION

PS06-G250KP-5W is a temperature-compensated gauge pressure sensor designed to measure pressures from 0 to 250 kPa in industrial applications. The sensor features a stainless steel 316L housing and diaphragm with silicon oil filling and NBR o-ring seal, providing robust performance in harsh environments compatible with all 316L-compatible liquids and gases. Key performance characteristics include a full-scale span output of 60–150 mV, excitation current of 1.5–2.5 mA, response time up to 90% full scale of 1 ms, and nonlinearity of ±0.2% FS with hysteresis and repeatability of ±0.03% FS. The sensor operates over a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 70°C and an extended operating range of -40°C to 125°C, with long-term stability of ±0.2% FS/year. With a compact cylindrical design (Ø19 × 14 mm), 1,000,000-cycle life rating, and RoHS compliance, this sensor is ideal for HVAC systems, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic controls, and other pressure monitoring applications requiring high accuracy and reliability.
