DESCRIPTION

PS06-G100KP-5W is a temperature-compensated gauge pressure sensor designed to measure pressures from 0 to 100 kPa with high accuracy and reliability. The sensor features a stainless steel 316L housing and diaphragm with silicon oil filling and NBR o-ring seal, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of liquids and gases. Key performance characteristics include a nonlinearity of ±0.2 %FS, hysteresis of ±0.03 %FS, repeatability of ±0.03 %FS, and a fast response time of 1 ms up to 90% full scale. The sensor operates over a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 70°C and an extended operating range of -40°C to 125°C, with an excitation current of 1.5–2.5 mA and full scale span output of 60–150 mV. With a rated life of 1,000,000 cycles, 200% overload protection, and RoHS compliance, this sensor is well-suited for industrial process control, HVAC systems, medical equipment, and other applications requiring precise pressure monitoring in harsh environments.
