DESCRIPTION

PS04-G250KP-A4W is a temperature-compensated gauge pressure sensor designed for precise pressure measurement in industrial and instrumentation applications. The sensor features a 0–250 kPa pressure range with gauge pressure reference, stainless steel 316L housing and diaphragm, and constant current excitation of 1.5 mA typical. It delivers a full-scale span output of 60–150 mV with excellent accuracy specifications including nonlinearity of ±0.3 %FS, hysteresis of ±0.05 %FS, and repeatability of ±0.05 %FS. The sensor operates over a compensated temperature range of -10°C to +70°C and an extended operating range of -40°C to +125°C, with response time up to 90% full scale of 1 ms. Its robust construction with silicon oil filling, NBR o-ring seal, and silicon-insulated wires (OD 1.4 mm) makes it suitable for harsh environments, pressure monitoring systems, and applications requiring reliable long-term stability with 1,000,000 cycle life rating.
