DESCRIPTION

CP303385H is a Peltier thermoelectric module from the OP30H series designed for precise temperature control and heat pumping applications. The module features a 30×30 mm cold side with 3.85 mm thickness, silicon-sealed construction with 96% Al2O3 ceramic plates, and 22 AWG tin-plated wire leads for reliable electrical connections. It delivers a maximum heat pumping capacity (Qmax) of 23.5 W at Ts=27°C and 25.6 W at Ts=50°C, with a maximum temperature differential (?Tmax) of 70°C at 27°C and 77°C at 50°C, operating at a maximum input voltage of 12.5 Vdc and 3.0 A maximum current with an internal resistance of 3.2 O. The module incorporates solid-state construction with silicon rubber 703 RTV sealing for enhanced reliability during high thermal cycling, making it ideal for precision cooling in instrumentation, medical devices, and thermal management systems requiring compact, efficient heat transfer.
