DESCRIPTION

CP13535 is a Peltier thermoelectric cooling module from the CP130 series designed for precise temperature control and heat pumping applications. The module features arcTEC structure technology and operates as a solid-state device with a maximum input voltage of 24.1 VDC and maximum input current of 13 A, delivering a maximum heat absorption (Qmax) of 200 W at cold side temperature of 27°C and 224 W at 50°C. It achieves a maximum temperature difference (?Tmax) of 68°C at 27°C and 75°C at 50°C, with an internal resistance of 1.4 O (±10%). The module is constructed with 96% aluminum oxide ceramic plates, 18 AWG tin-plated wire leads, and silicon rubber 703 RTV sealer, measuring 50 mm × 50 mm × 3.4 mm. This design enables quiet operation and precise thermal management, making it ideal for cooling applications in instrumentation, laboratory equipment, and thermal management systems requiring reliable solid-state temperature control.
