DESCRIPTION
The IA-MM3563 is an audio inline adapter designed to convert 6.3 mm mono plugs to 3.5 mm mono jacks, featuring a hexagonal cover for secure handling. The adapter is constructed with nickel-plated brass contacts for the plug tip and sleeve, along with a phosphor bronze receptacle tip, ensuring reliable electrical connectivity with a maximum contact resistance of 1 O. It operates at a rated input voltage of 12 Vdc with a maximum current rating of 1 A, and maintains an insulation resistance of at least 2 MO at 300 Vdc. The device is rated for 5,000 mating cycles with insertion and withdrawal forces between 0.4 and 4 kgf, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C with humidity up to 85%.
