DESCRIPTION

The REC6-0505SRW/R10/C is a 6W regulated DC/DC converter designed for applications requiring exceptionally high isolation. It operates on a 2:1 input voltage range of 4.5V to 9V, providing a stable 5V output at up to 1000mA with 77% efficiency. This model features reinforced isolation rated at 10kVDC (5kVAC/1 minute) and has a low isolation capacitance of 20pF. Housed in an industry-standard DIP24 package, it includes continuous short-circuit protection with an automatic restart. Its high isolation and low leakage characteristics make it suitable for medical equipment, IGBT isolated power supplies, and other sophisticated industrial applications.
