The R-78T3.3-1.0/FC-TRAY is a high-efficiency, non-isolated switching regulator in a low-profile SMD package. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 7V to 42V DC, providing a stable 3.3V output at 1000mA. Key features include high efficiency up to 88%, a 1.5A start-up overload capacity, and continuous short-circuit protection. The regulator operates at a fixed switching frequency of 350kHz with shielded magnetics to ensure low output ripple and noise. Its high efficiency eliminates the need for a heatsink, and its overload capability allows it to replace larger 1A or 1.5A regulators in various applications.
