DESCRIPTION

The R12C2T25/R-CT is a 2.5W isolated DC/DC converter designed to provide programmable asymmetrical bias voltages for gate drivers. It operates from a wide input range of 9V to 18VDC and provides programmable asymmetrical outputs with a total voltage range of 10V to 18V. The converter features high 5kVAC/1min reinforced isolation with a 1.4kVDC working voltage and an ultra-low isolation capacitance of less than 3.5pF. It also boasts high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/μs and can operate at 1.5W full load across a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C. Housed in a compact 7.5x12.83mm SMD package, this converter is ideal for biasing IGBT, Si, SiC, and Cascode GaN transistors in high-power, high-frequency switching environments.
