DESCRIPTION

The 80099006 is a high-performance, non-isolated integrated switching regulator designed for positive step-down DC/DC conversion. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V to deliver a nominal 3.3V output, which can be adjusted from 1.6V to 5.5V using external resistors. Featuring a synchronous rectified design, it achieves high efficiency up to 94% and includes built-in overload and continuous short-circuit protection. The regulator has a typical internal operating frequency of 300 kHz and an autosense function to compensate for losses in long circuit loops. Housed in a 12-pin SIP package, this device is ideal for applications requiring efficient and stable power regulation.
