DESCRIPTION

The 51000390 (REM10-243.3SW/A/CTRL) is a 10W medical-grade regulated DC/DC converter designed for applications requiring high isolation and reliability. It operates over a wide 4:1 input range from 9V to 36V and provides a tightly regulated single 3.3V output with a maximum current of 2500mA. This converter features reinforced 5kVAC/1 minute isolation (2MOPP) with a low patient leakage current of 2µA, includes a control pin for low power standby modes, and is housed in a compact DIP24 package with a typical efficiency of 83%. Certified to IEC/EN/ANSI/AAMI 60601-1 3rd Ed. for 250VAC continuous working voltage, it is ideal for demanding medical equipment where safety and performance are critical.
