DESCRIPTION

The 51000015 is a 3W medical-grade regulated DC/DC converter from the REM3 series, designed for applications requiring high isolation and safety. It features reinforced 5kVAC/1 minute input-to-output isolation (2MOPP) for a 250VAC continuous working voltage and maintains a very low patient leakage current of 2μA. This model provides a tightly regulated single 15VDC output at up to 200mA with a typical efficiency of up to 87.5%. Housed in a compact DIP24 package, the converter includes continuous short-circuit and overload protection. Fully certified to medical safety standards including IEC/EN/ANSI/AAMI 60601-1, it is ideal for use in sensitive medical equipment and demanding industrial applications.
