DESCRIPTION

BCN164AB3900F7 is a thick film chip resistor array consisting of four isolated resistor elements housed in a 1206 package with square convex terminations. The device features a 1.6 mm width and is designed to meet AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards. It offers a resistor power rating of 63 mW at 70°C, a limiting element voltage of 50 V, and supports resistance values from 10 O to 1 MO with tolerance options of ±1%, ±2%, or ±5%. The product operates across an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±200 ppm/°C, and is available in a sulphur-resistant version tested to ASTM-B809. This component is ideal for automotive and industrial applications requiring reliable multi-resistor integration with excellent environmental stability and solder heat resistance.
