DESCRIPTION

The GDE25-6 is a gate drive transformer used to isolate control circuitry from line-connected switches in high-frequency switching topologies. It features a 1:1.5:1.5 turns ratio with interleaved windings to achieve a low maximum leakage inductance of 3.5 µH. Key electrical specifications include a minimum ET product of 540 VµSec, a minimum inductance of 0.680 mH, and a drive-to-gate hi-pot test rating of 3,750 VRMS. Constructed with UL rated 130°C materials, this transformer is optimized for coupling and performance, making it ideal for designs operating at frequencies of 200 kHz and beyond.
