DESCRIPTION

The RF100-12 is a repeatable, RF Centigrid® relay with a DPDT contact arrangement. It is engineered to operate with a nominal coil voltage of 12.0 VDC and features a maximum pick-up voltage of 9.0 VDC. Key performance characteristics include a maximum operate time of 4.0 ms, a release time of 3.0 ms, and a typical propagation delay of 81.1 ps. The relay is hermetically sealed, ensuring reliable operation in a wide temperature range from –55°C to +85°C. Due to its high repeatability and broadband performance, it is highly suitable for use in attenuators and other demanding RF circuits.
