DESCRIPTION
The M93F-2Y is a solid-state relay designed for DC switching applications. It features a power FET output with a continuous operating load voltage of 400Vdc, a maximum continuous load current of 135 mAdc, and a typical on-resistance of 25 Ohms. Optical isolation protects control elements from load transients, and its buffered control input allows for direct operation from TTL or CMOS logic circuits. Housed in a low-profile Centigrid package, this relay is ideal for high-density applications requiring low-level signal operation and robust isolation.
