DESCRIPTION

The M93F-1Y is an optically isolated solid state relay designed for DC switching applications. It handles a continuous load current of up to 350 mA and a continuous operating load voltage of 100 Vdc. Key features include a power FET output which eliminates bipolar offset voltage, a fully floating output for sinking or sourcing current, and a buffered input for direct control from TTL or CMOS logic. Housed in a low-profile Centigrid package, the M93F-1Y is ideal for low-level signal operations and high-density packaging applications requiring reliable DC load control.
