DESCRIPTION

The SP2-25 is a compact string potentiometer designed for detecting and measuring linear position. It provides a full stroke range of 25 inches (635 mm) with an accuracy of ±0.25% and a repeatability of ±0.05% full stroke. The sensor uses a plastic-hybrid precision potentiometer with a 10K ohm input resistance to deliver a potentiometric voltage divider output and is rated for 500,000 cycles. Housed in a rugged polycarbonate enclosure with an IP50 rating, the SP2-25 is a durable and economical solution for light industrial and OEM applications requiring reliable position feedback in tight spaces.
