DESCRIPTION

The MS580301BA01-00 is a miniature variometer module designed to provide precise, 24-bit digital pressure and temperature measurements. It operates over a pressure range of 10 to 1300 mbar and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, drawing a low supply current of 1 µA. The module integrates a high-linearity pressure sensor, an ultra-low power 24-bit ΔΣ ADC, and internal factory-calibrated coefficients, enabling fast conversions down to 1 ms. Communication is handled via selectable I2C or SPI interfaces, simplifying integration with virtually any microcontroller. Its high resolution, excellent long-term stability, and hermetically sealable package make it ideal for mobile altimeters, bike computers, adventure watches, and dataloggers.
