DESCRIPTION

The RAY-103-20.0(50) is a nickel-copper tubular braid used for the electrical screening of wire bundles. Supplied on a 20.0 mm diameter former, it is designed to accommodate cable bundles ranging from 16.0 mm to 38.0 mm in diameter. This braid provides a minimum optical coverage of 93%, has a high expansion ratio of at least 2:1, and is constructed from 36 AWG nickel-plated copper strands. Key electrical characteristics include a resistance of 2.35 ohms/km at 20°C and an operating temperature rating above 150°C. Ideal for military harnesses, its flexible design and compatibility with Tinel-Lock adapters ensure robust and straightforward termination.
