DESCRIPTION

The D-200-0228-RT-CS4049 is an in-line, nickel-plated sealed crimp splice developed for high-temperature needs in the aerospace and defense industry. It features a transparent, heat-shrinkable, radiation cross-linked modified fluoropolymer insulation sleeve that provides environmental protection and strain relief. This splice operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 200°C and meets the requirements of SAE-AS-81824/1 (modified for 200°C). These small, lightweight splices are ideal for wire-to-wire splicing on unetched wire insulations, offering a reliable solution where performance, reliability, and size reduction are essential.
