DESCRIPTION

The 652543-000 is an S03 series SolderSleeve shield terminator that provides a reliable, environmentally sealed ground termination for shielded cables. It features a radiation-crosslinked, heat-shrinkable polyvinylidene fluoride insulation sleeve and incorporates an Sn63 Pb37 solder preform with RMA flux. A key feature is the thermochromic temperature indicator, which changes color to confirm that the proper soldering temperature has been reached, aiding in manufacturing and quality control. This terminator, qualified to SAE-AS83519/3-3, is designed for cables with a maximum jacket outer diameter of 4.3 mm and a minimum shield outer diameter of 2.15 mm. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and includes a preinstalled tin-plated braid strap, making it ideal for robust shield grounding in demanding applications.
