The BTH1-13-06-1-ZN is a straight, band strap backshell from the BT series, designed for overall screen termination on circular connectors. It is constructed from Aluminium Alloy 6000 series and features a conductive, RoHS-compliant Zinc Nickel Black Passivate finish that provides 500 hours of environmental protection. This backshell is configured for a size 13 connector shell with a size 06 cable entry, accommodating a minimum cable diameter of 9.5 mm and a maximum of 17.2 mm. Screen termination is achieved using a stainless steel band, with sealing and strain relief provided by a compatible heat shrink boot. This component is ideal for applications in demanding environments like aerospace and defense where reliable EMI/RFI shielding and cable support are critical.
