DESCRIPTION

K1136755 is a sealed bi-stable power relay with internal control electronics designed for battery management and power distribution in commercial vehicles, buses, and construction equipment. The relay features a 300 A continuous current rating with 2400 A overload capacity (1 sec) and operates with either a 12 VDC or 24/28 VDC coil, with nominal voltage ranges of 9–16 VDC (12 V) or 18–32 VDC (24/28 V). The electronic board integrates under-voltage protection, suppression diodes, short-circuit and polarity protection, with a minimum pick-up impulse time of approximately 250 ms and drop-out time of 250 ms. The relay is sealed to IP6K9K, withstands 6 g shock (11 ms) and 4 g vibration (50–2000 Hz), and operates across a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C with 100 MO minimum insulation resistance and 1050 VAC dielectric withstanding voltage.
