DESCRIPTION

The G13-01-1230 is a military-grade limit switch with manual locking mechanism designed for applications requiring extreme reliability under shock and vibration conditions. This dual-pole switch features a manual actuator with locking capability (red, green, or black color options) and an M20x1 mounting thread with SW27 width across flats. The switch is housed in aluminum alloy with salt- and seawater resistance and meets MIL-S-8805 and VG 95210 standards for shock (100 g, 6 ms sawtooth) and vibration (10–2000 Hz, Method 204 Test Condition B). Electrical ratings include 28 VDC at 7 A maximum for resistive loads and 28 VDC at 0.5 A for inductive loads (gold contacts), with an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1050 VAC. The switch provides 10,000 mechanical cycles and 10,000 electrical cycles (at 28 VDC, 5 A) with locking engaged, making it ideal for commercial and military vehicles, marine applications, and industrial equipment requiring dependable position sensing and control.
