DESCRIPTION
The 225682-E is an M4 female thread PowerElement connector designed for high-current power distribution on printed circuit boards. It features a massive press-fit zone with full pin population of 16 pins, enabling reliable mechanical and electrical connections for wire-to-board and component fixation applications. The connector is constructed from CuZn39Pb3 material with tin plating and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +135°C, supporting a maximum press-fit force of 250 N per pin and a minimum press pull force of 30 N per pin. With a current carrying capability of approximately 10 A per pin and a tightening torque specification of 1.2 Nm for M4, this connector is ideal for securing cable lugs, midi or mega fuses, and high-current relays on PCBs with a minimum thickness of 1.6 mm. The product is REACH and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for demanding industrial and automotive power distribution systems.
