DESCRIPTION

The MiniBridge 214013-E is a single-row cable connector system featuring a 1.27 mm pitch designed for compact, space-saving connections between PCBs and decentralized function units such as operator panels, switches, motors, fans, and fuses. This connector utilizes Insulation Displacement Connection (IDC) technology with ribbon cable AWG 26/7 or discrete wire options (AWG 22/7, 24/7, 26/7), offering contact ratings of up to 8.7 A at 20°C and 5.4 A at 100°C depending on cable selection. The connector operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and provides high mating reliability with contact resistance = 25 mO, insulation resistance = 106 MO, and dielectric strength of 500 Vrms. It withstands 500 mating cycles with an insertion and withdrawal force of 1 N per contact, making it suitable for automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, and consumer electronics applications.
