The connector features a high-strength aluminum alloy shell with nickel or cadmium plating, fluorinated silicone seals, and gold-plated copper alloy contacts that provide excellent EMI and RFI protection through shielding fingers at the mating interface. It operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C (cadmium) or -65°C to +200°C (nickel), with a dielectric withstand voltage of 1000 VAC and a current rating of 3 amps per contact, supporting 500 mating cycles minimum.
