DESCRIPTION
ZPF000000000015300 is a DMC-MD series modular connector designed for 4th generation cabin networks in aerospace applications. The connector features flexible modularity with crimp and PCB contacts ranging from size 24 to size 8, supporting signal, coaxial, Quadrax, power, and optical contact types, along with high-speed Ethernet modules. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C with an insulation resistance of 5000 MO, durability rated for 500 mating cycles, and salt spray resistance of 500 hours. The housing is constructed from composite material with nickel plating, while crimp and PCB contacts are copper alloy with gold plating over nickel. EMI shielding performance ranges from 50 dB at 100 MHz to 30 dB at 1000 MHz. This connector is ideal for in-flight entertainment systems, avionics, and cabin systems where quick reconfiguration, toolless assembly, and high reliability are essential.
