YDTS26Z21-35SNV001 is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III free plug circular connector designed for high-current power and signal transmission in aerospace, defense, and marine applications. The connector features a Size 21 shell configuration with 2 Size 4 power contacts, each rated for 150 A continuous current, and accommodates 4 AWG, 8 mm², 16 mm², or 25 mm² power cable conductors. It is constructed with gold-plated copper alloy contacts, high-performance thermoplastic insulators, and fluorinated silicone seals, with a black zinc nickel finish for corrosion resistance. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C, withstands 1500 VAC dielectric voltage, maintains insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum at 500 VDC, and endures 500 mating cycles with random vibration up to 5 g²/Hz (50–2000 Hz) per MIL-DTL-38999 specifications.
